We start with a thorough cleaning of the entire paver surface. We remove all weeds from joints, clean out deteriorated joint sand, and pressure wash the pavers to remove dirt, algae, stains, and organic buildup. The pavers need to be completely clean for the sealer to bond properly.
After cleaning, we re-fill the joints with polymeric sand. This specialized sand hardens when activated with water and locks pavers together, preventing shifting and making it significantly harder for weeds to return. Proper joint sand is critical to the structural integrity and appearance of a paver installation.
Once clean, dry, and re-sanded, we apply a professional-grade paver sealer. We offer wet look (glossy, color-enhancing) and natural look (matte, subtle) finishes based on your preference.
